No. Residence/Apartment guests must pay a minimum spend (approx. AED 1000/couple) or book a cabana to access Level 77.
Is the breakfast worth AED 238?
It's a massive spread with high quality, but for that price, you can find excellent brunch spots nearby in JBR for less.
How bad is the traffic?
Bad. On Friday and Saturday nights, JBR is a gridlock. Use the Dubai Tram (station nearby) or walk if possible.
Is it kid-friendly?
Yes, the ground floor has a family pool and splash pad, plus a Qix Kids Club. But the rooftop is strictly 21+.
Can I walk to the beach?
Yes, the hotel has direct access to a private section of JBR beach with loungers.
