Technically shared between the 3 maisonettes unless you book the 'Entire Villa' option. Confirm with the host if exclusivity is a dealbreaker.
Is there a restaurant on site?
No. Breakfast is delivered, but for other meals, you'll need to walk to Vardiola or Crossroads (nearby tavernas) or drive.
Is the beach sandy?
No. It is a rocky cove with a paved deck and steps into the water. The seabed is sandy once you're in, but the shore is pebbles/rocks.
Is it good for kids?
Yes, but with caveats: lots of stairs and no kids' club. Better for teens than toddlers.
How is the WiFi?
Excellent. Starlink or high-speed fiber is standard, reliable enough for remote work.
