Yes. As of March 2025, the main fitness center is closed for renovation. A temporary gym is set up in the 'Ascott 1 & 2' meeting rooms on the ground floor.

Probably not. Reviews describe it as 'standard hotel fare' and 'no fuss.' You're better off grabbing street food or hitting a cafe at Mahanakhon CUBE nearby.

Can I walk to the BTS?

Yes, it is incredibly close. St. Louis BTS station is practically at the doorstep (2-3 minute walk).

Is there a pool?

Yes, a large outdoor pool on the 7th floor. It's one of the property's highlights, though the adjacent bar/restaurant may be quiet or closed.

Are the rooms renovated?

Most rooms feel 'classic' (read: dated) with dark wood and older carpets. Don't expect the sleek grey/white aesthetic of the new Ascott Embassy.

Is it pet-friendly?

No. Unlike some other Ascott properties, this specific location strictly prohibits pets.
