On 5-7 night stays, yes—it's herbal tea only. On 2-4 night stays, you get coffee until 11am. Wean yourself off *before* you arrive.

Is there alcohol?

Generally no. Some packages include one glass of organic wine with dinner, but don't count on a bar tab.
