Reality check
The 'recently renovated' rooms still feel a bit 2010s Tuscan-beige, and the TVs are comically small for the living room size.
- You have 3+ kids and need a washer/dryer in the unit
- You plan to cook breakfast/dinner to save money
- You want a resort day with lazy rivers that rival a water park
