Which tower is best?

Tower 1 or 2. They are recently renovated and further from the construction noise at Tower 3.

Is there a free airport shuttle?

No. A taxi costs ~$25 SGD and takes 20 minutes. The MRT (train) is cheaper but requires a transfer.

Can I check in early?

You can try, but don't count on it. You *can* access the pool before your room is ready, though.

Is it kid-friendly?

Surprisingly yes, there's a kids' pool section, but the vibe is definitely more 'Vegas luxury' than 'family resort'.
