@sincerelysusye I was blown away by the 8-course tasting menu at Cocina de Autor. Seeing my name on the welcome card set the tone for an incredible night. The molecular dishes were as delicious as they were beautiful. Definitely the highlight of my stay at Grand Velas.

@eatdrinkandbekerry I loved how private this balcony felt—it’s basically an outdoor living room surrounded by jungle. The room itself is super cozy, and having the restaurant right there was a lifesaver for me. Perfect spot if you want nature without roughing it.
