Is the 'Privileged' upgrade worth it?
Yes. The standard rooms are very tired. The upgrade gets you a renovated room, 24-hour room service, and a much nicer beach experience with Balinese beds.
Do I need reservations for dinner?
No! This is a huge perk. You can walk into the Steakhouse, Italian, or Tapas restaurants without a reservation, though there might be a wait at peak times.
Is the beach swimmable?
Yes, but it depends on the seaweed. In summer months, the water can be brown with algae. In winter/spring, it's usually clearer.
Is there a casino?
Yes, there is a small on-site casino and a disco, though neither are Vegas-scale.
