Correct. The main building is 3 stories with no lift. If you have mobility issues, request a ground-floor bungalow explicitly.
How bad is the boat noise?
It's significant. The resort is right next to a main longtail boat parking spot. Engines start roaring around 7 AM.
Is the pool open late?
No. It officially closes at 5:00 PM, though sometimes you can swim until dusk. Don't expect a night swim.
Can I pay the deposit with a card?
No. Multiple guests report being forced to go to an ATM to withdraw 3,000 THB cash for the deposit.
Is breakfast included?
Usually yes, but it's described as 'mediocre' with cold eggs and limited vegetarian options. Don't book it for the food.
Are there renovated rooms?
Yes, the 'Pool View' rooms in the concrete building are newer than the wooden bungalows. Ask for these if you want less 'rustic' charm.
