I'm here at Le Meurice in Paris and why would you choose this Palace Hotel as opposed to one of the other 12 palace hotels here in Paris well for me this is the most feminine and elegant of all of the Palace Hotels here in Paris It's run by the most wonderful general manager her name is Franka Holtmann and she's actually German but she's always loved France and been running this hotel for 17 years so she really knows what she's doing and her feminine elegant but strong touch is felt throughout the hotel whether it's here in this beautiful room having breakfast out there having high tea or staying at one of the sumptuous guest rooms as I've done in the past and I just absolutely adore this hotel all of the food is exceptional Cedric Grolet as I've talked about before is the in-house pastry chef and he is the hottest name in Paris in France even right now so you're guaranteed incredible food throughout the day especially the pastries and the spa is absolutely gorgeous The brand is Valmont and it's a very sort of bespoke skincare range that is beautiful and there's a great gym here and I just I just love this location on Rue Di Rivoli but to be fair I really don't leave this hotel much when I stay You do pay a lot of money to stay in Palace Hotels and for me that means I want to stay inside and I really really want to enjoy it.
