No. It is across a busy 4-lane road and train track from the water. You access the promenade via an underpass.

Can I hear the train from my room?
With the balcony door closed, the soundproofing is excellent. With it open, yes, you will hear trains and cars.
Is the pool heated?
The outdoor infinity pool is seasonal and generally not heated. The two indoor pools are heated year-round.

It's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk along the seaside promenade (Paredão) to the main square.
