Does the hotel have a pool?
Sort of. You get access to the Fitness First indoor lap pool in the basement. It's 25m and heated, but it's a public gym pool, not a relaxing hotel oasis.
Is breakfast included for Diamond members?
Technically yes, but only the 'Continental' spread. You will likely be asked to pay ~$10-15 AUD to upgrade to the full hot buffet at Glass Brasserie.
How much is parking?
Valet is approx $95 AUD/night. Self-parking is not available on-site, but nearby off-site parking at 255 Pitt St is cheaper (~$55/night).
What is the 'Upon Request' housekeeping?
Housekeeping may not automatically clean your room every day unless you specifically ask the front desk. Request this at check-in to avoid a messy room.
Is there a credit card surcharge?
Yes, expect a surcharge of around 1.5% to 2% on all credit card transactions, including the room rate.
Can I check in early?
It's difficult. The hotel runs high occupancy. You can drop bags, but don't count on a room before 3pm unless you pay for the previous night.
