No. It is on the 12th floor of the annex building. The rooftop (75th floor) is for the viewing deck and restaurant only.

Technically yes, but there are usually no pots, pans, or silverware provided. It's basically a fridge and a sink.
Is it close to the metro?
Yes, Financial Centre Metro Station is literally a 2-minute walk. Super convenient.
