Yes! You can text the front desk to have Cleo or Leo deliver water, towels, or snacks. They even do a little dance before leaving.

It's a glass cylinder in the middle of the room. There is a curtain you can pull around it, but it's still very intimate.
How bad is the noise?
It's significant. You are blocks away from a major trauma center. If you need silence, this is not the hotel for you.
