💡The sauna is tiny and tucked into a corner, feeling like an afterthought.
💡You have to take two different elevators to get from the garage to your room (transfer at lobby).
💡The lighting in the bathrooms is aggressively bright with no dimmer—shocking for 3 AM visits.
💡It used to be a Westin Grand, and you can still see the 'bones' of the old design in the hard product.
