Pourquoi les gens l'adorent

7.8267 avis
  • The 'Wonderland' waterpark is legitimately massive with wave pools and lazy rivers
  • Food variety is endless—reviewers call it the 'best buffet in Antalya' for sheer scale
  • Maldivian Houses offer a rare adults-only sanctuary with private pools

En bref : A palatial, marble-clad factory of fun that struggles with hygiene consistency and noise control.

Évalué par @binaparekhI couldn't believe this was Turkey! Staying in these overwater cabanas was a total dream. The main pool is the biggest I've ever seen, and the water park kept us busy for days. If you want luxury content without the long-haul flight, this is the spot.

Ce que les clients qui ont séjourné ici ont dit

The hype

Families love the waterpark and endless food, but many are shocked by the noise levels and crowds.

Reality check

The 'Wonderland' rooms are often described as second-class citizens—older, separated by a tunnel, and far less 'luxury' than the main building.

  • You have energetic kids who want to spend 8 hours a day on water slides
  • You prefer pool vibes over ocean waves
  • You want a resort that feels like a small city with cinemas, bowling, and malls inside

Propreté et entretien

4.5
  • Housekeeping: Inconsistent. Many reports of missed spots, dust, and rushed service due to the sheer size of the hotel.
  • Bathroom hygiene: Hit or miss. Newer rooms are fine, but older 'Wonderland' rooms have complaints of moldy grout and smells.
  • Maintenance: Showing wear. Peeling paint and broken AC units reported in 2025 reviews.
  • Linens & towels: Standard hotel grade, but often reported as 'worn' or 'stained' in recent reviews.
  • Odors & scents: Lobby smells of heavy perfume (to mask odors?); rooms can smell musty or of sewage in lower floors.

  • Thin walls between connecting rooms

Avant de réserver

Bon à savoir

  • The outdoor pools are NOT heated in winter/spring; only the indoor pool is warm until April 1st.
  • Entry to the Turkish Bath (Hammam) is free, but you will be aggressively upsold on paid scrubs and massages.
  • The 'Wonderland' waterpark and outdoor facilities may be closed or limited if you visit before April 1st.

Quoi emporter

  • High-quality earplugs (Loop or similar) for sleeping
  • Probiotics and stomach relief meds (just in case)
  • Water shoes for the waterpark (pavement gets scorching hot)

Génie des chambres

Meilleurs choix

  • Maldivian Houses (Adults Only): The only true quiet spot, with direct pool access and no kids allowed.
  • Main Building, Land View (Upper Floors): Your best bet for escaping the pool noise and show vibrations.

Chambres à éviter

  • Wonderland Rooms: Located across a tunnel, described as 'dated' and 'motel-like' compared to the main hotel.
  • Main Building Pool View (Floors 1-3): You will hear every word of the animation team's microphone.

Génie de demande de chambre – copier & coller

I am requesting a room in the Main Building, specifically on a high floor (5th or 6th) with a 'Land View' to avoid the pool music. Please ensure I am NOT placed in the Wonderland section.

FAQ et astuces cachées

Tout ce que vous voulez vraiment savoir avant de réserver.

Is the hotel actually on the beach?

No. It is 1.7km away. There is a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, or it's a long, hot walk.

Is the waterpark open year-round?

No. The 'Wonderland' aqua park and outdoor pools are generally closed from November 1st to March 31st.

Are the Maldivian Houses worth the extra cost?

Yes, 100%. If you are a couple or want peace, they are the only way to escape the 'zoo' atmosphere of the main resort.

Is the WiFi good?

Surprisingly yes. Coverage is strong throughout the resort, even at the pool and beach shuttle drop-off.

Do I have to pay for the Turkish Bath?

Entry to the steam room and sauna is free. If you want someone to scrub you (foam massage), that costs extra.

What is the 'Wonderland' section?

It's a separate annex connected by an underground tunnel. It houses the waterpark but the rooms there are lower quality than the main building.

Conseils d'initiés

  • Use the 'secret' underground tunnel to get between the main building and Wonderland without crossing the hot street.

  • The Perla VIP Lounge often has a quieter atmosphere if you need a break from the main lobby chaos.

  • Don't buy the 'branded' items in the hotel shops; they are often overpriced knock-offs. Go to Belek Saturday Market instead.

5 choses à savoir avant de partir

  • 💡Stray cats roam freely in the main dining hall and have been seen on tables.

  • 💡The 'fresh' orange juice at breakfast often costs extra (approx €2-3).

  • 💡The air conditioning is centrally controlled and can feel weak during peak July/August heat.

  • 💡There is a 'Chocolate House' on site, but the chocolates are not included in the All-Inclusive plan.

  • 💡The indoor pool can get incredibly crowded and noisy in winter since the outdoor pools are freezing.
