Video-Tour von @renaesworldofficialI spent an incredible 48 hours in Auckland, though I wish I stayed for three! The Park Hyatt's bay views are stunning, and the pasta at Baduzzi is genuinely the best I've ever had. Between the luxury shopping and the ferry to Waiheke, it’s the perfect city escape.

Today, I'm in Auckland, New Zealand and how to spend 48 hours here. Well, I recommend staying right here at the Park Hyatt, an incredible hotel, amazing hydrotherapy and fitness center, magnificent bars and restaurants and The Living Room. Every Park Hyatt I've stayed in so far around the world has one but it's a gorgeous place to enjoy a glass of Louis Roederer overlooking this magnificent bay outside that is Auckland. Fable is another great place to stay right in the heart of the city next to Louis Vuitton and Christian Louboutin and all of the beautiful designer shops even including Dior. Now, eating here is an extravaganza. I went to the most amazing degustation restaurant last night called The Grove. It is unbelievable. Eight to ten courses of incredibly fresh, creative, and tasty food matched with wines. We even started with some excellent caviar. Just beautiful. Here at the Hyatt, there are some amazing restaurants as well. You really can't go wrong and Baduzzi. That's an Italian restaurant that has a very local feel but everything in there is homemade. I had some of the best pasta I've ever had there in my life. It was that tasty and creamy and textured and the staff were great and the vibe was great. In fact, the whole vibe in New Zealand is fantastic. There's also an island you can go to Waiheke with some gorgeous winery wineries on there. There's a lovely ferry ride over. There's tons to do. You can jam pack 48 hours, but I would probably try and stay three nights and really enjoy things like the spa here at the Park Hyatt and some other facilities around and make sure you have some time to shop.
