Is the private pool actually heated?
Technically yes, but it uses a heat-exchange system from the AC. You must blast the AC to cold to make the pool warm, which is a design flaw.
How far is the beach?
Far. It's a 15-20 minute drive to Pattaya Beach or Jomtien Beach. This is not a beach resort.
Is there a gym?
Yes, but it's small and basic. Don't expect a full Equinox experience.
Can I walk to restaurants?
No. You are effectively stranded unless you take a car. The nearest local dining cluster is at Mabprachan Reservoir (2-4km away).
Is it good for kids?
Yes, the private pools are great for kids, and there is a small water park feature and kids' club.
Do they serve alcohol?
Yes, Zaffiro restaurant and the Topazio bar serve cocktails and wine, though prices are on the higher 'hotel' side.
