Is the Wi-Fi really not free?
It is 'free' but capped (usually 4GB per room/stay). Streaming Netflix will burn through this in one night. You have to pay for more.
Can I swim in the sea from the beach?
Not really. The water is very shallow and rocky at the shore. You must walk to the end of the jetty to jump into the deep water/reef.
Is the food safe?
Generally yes, they have awards for hygiene, but 'Egypt Tummy' is common. Stick to cooked foods, avoid salads washed in tap water, and use bottled water for brushing teeth.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, selected pools (usually the main activity pool and adults pool) are heated in the winter months (Dec-March).

Naama Bay is about 20-25 minutes away by taxi. SOHO Square is closer (10-15 mins) and cleaner/safer.
