The 'Swim-Up' rooms look cool on Instagram but can be freezing cold because the forest/mountain shadow blocks the sun for half the day.

Is the wifi really that bad?
Yes. It's free in public areas (lobby/pool) but often paid or non-existent in rooms. Do not rely on it for Zoom calls.
How far is the beach?
Ölüdeniz Beach is 4km away (10-15 min drive). The hotel runs a free shuttle, usually once in the morning and once back in the afternoon.
Is it all-inclusive?
It offers All-Inclusive packages, but many guests opt for Half Board since dining in Hisarönü is cheap and excellent.
Are the pools heated?
No. The main pools are freshwater and unheated. They can be chilly in May and October.
Is there a lift?
Only in the 'Residence' blocks (4 storeys). The 'Garden' blocks (2 storeys) are stairs-only.
Can I walk to town?
Yes, Hisarönü village center is a 200m (5-minute) walk uphill/flat. Very easy access.
