Reality check
The 'Pool House' turns into a loud day club on Sundays—great if you're 25 and holding a cocktail, terrible if you want a nap.
- You're in town for a Padres game (Petco Park is 2 blocks away)
- You appreciate a 'peek-a-boo' glass shower in a romantic setting
- You want a hotel that feels like a social hub, not just a place to sleep
