Video Tour by @visualsandvacays: I honestly didn't leave the hotel because the food was that good. From the chef making me custom crab cakes to the late-night room service wings, I felt so pampered. If you need a solo reset with amazing dining, this is the spot.
My stay at the Magnolia Hotel Houston turned into a full-blown culinary retreat. I embraced the ultimate relaxation vibe immediately, starting with smoked salmon crostinis and white wine while lounging in my robe. The dining experience at The Dispatch was the highlight of the trip; the chef actually came out and prepared crab cakes especially for me, which I followed up with a tender filet mignon and herb-roasted chicken. I didn't stop there—the crème brûlée and their famous signature red velvet cookies were the perfect sweet finish. Even the room service impressed me, with lemon pepper wings and chicken pasta that I enjoyed in total comfort. Between the downtown city views and the endless breakfast buffet the next morning, this was the perfect foodie staycation.
Hooked me up with their smoked salmon crostinis and delicious wine. This is everything I ate during my stay. I started with the Caesar salad at The Dispatch followed by the crab cakes. The chef made them especially for me. He served the filet mignon, herb roasted chicken, crème brûlée, red velvet cookies, and I got room service. French 75, lemon pepper wings, chicken pasta, and I did the breakfast buffet the next day. It was so good.
