Por Que As Pessoas Adoram

8.4193 avaliações
  • The 'Wibit' inflatable obstacle course in the main pool is a massive hit for kids and adults
  • Distinctive 'So Arty' vs. 'So Nature' room designs make for highly Instagrammable stays
  • Extensive family amenities including mini-golf, pickleball, and a dedicated kids' club

Resumo Rápido: A visually stunning, isolated resort that feels more like a destination in itself than a base for exploring Hua Hin.

Revisado por @Universal_TravellerI stayed here for three nights and it's easily a 10/10. The private beach dinner with fresh fish was unreal, and I loved how the spa therapist customized my session. The room design is super spacious and modern—waking up here felt amazing.

The hype

Families adore the pools and activities, but couples often find the 'kids everywhere' vibe a bit much during school holidays.

Reality check

Guests are consistently annoyed that the shuttle to Hua Hin town costs money (90 THB/person) rather than being a complimentary luxury perk.

  • You have active kids who need constant entertainment (Wibit, mini-golf, cycling)
  • You appreciate bold, avant-garde architecture over traditional Thai teak styles
  • You plan to stay on the property for 90% of your trip

Limpeza e Manutenção

8.5
  • Housekeeping: Generally sharp and daily. Turndown service includes nice touches like local snacks.
  • Bathroom hygiene: Clean, but grout in the older 'Arty' rooms can show age. Some complaints of damp smells in ground-floor bathrooms.
  • Maintenance: Tropical wear and tear is visible—peeling paint on exterior walls and weathered wood on decks.
  • Linens & towels: High quality, thick and fluffy. No major complaints here.
  • Odors & scents: Lobby smells of their signature lemongrass/herb scent. Some rooms can smell musty if AC is left off.

  • Pool noise if your room faces the Signature Pool

Antes de reservar

Bom saber

  • Download the 'Handigo' app upon arrival to chat with concierge and book buggies
  • The 'Bat Cave' tour is a must-do local activity, but you can go independently for much cheaper than the hotel tour
  • Breakfast at White Oven is excellent but gets chaotic around 9:00 AM

O que levar

  • Heavy-duty mosquito repellent (DEET based) for dining outdoors
  • Rash guards for the Wibit course (it can be abrasive)
  • Snacks/drinks, as the nearest 7-11 is not a quick walk away

Room Genie

Melhores escolhas

  • So Nature rooms for a warmer, wood-centric feel that dampens sound better
  • Pool Access rooms for families who want to roll out of bed into the water

Quartos a evitar

  • Rooms facing the Wibit pool if you plan to nap during the day (screaming kids)
  • Ground floor rooms near the lobby if you value privacy from foot traffic

Room Request Genie – copiar e colar

I would prefer a 'So Nature' style room on an upper floor, away from the main Wibit pool noise, to ensure a quieter stay.

FAQ e dicas ocultas

Tudo o que você realmente quer saber antes de reservar.

Is the hotel actually in Hua Hin?

No. It is in Cha-am, about 30km (30-40 mins) north of Hua Hin center. You cannot walk to the Hua Hin Night Market.

Is the shuttle to town free?

No. The shuttle costs ~50 THB to Cha-am and ~90 THB to Hua Hin per person, per way. It runs on a schedule.

Is the beach good for swimming?

It's decent but not amazing. There is a sea wall, and the water can be murky. Jellyfish are common in the rainy season (Aug-Oct).

What is the difference between So Arty and So Nature rooms?

So Arty features grey concrete, modern lines, and photography art. So Nature uses warm woods and natural photos. Nature rooms feel 'cozier' to most.

Is the Wibit course free?

Yes, the inflatable obstacle course is complimentary for guests.

Are there restaurants nearby?

Very few within walking distance. 'More Than Beach & Cafe' is an 18-min walk. Most guests eat on-site or take a taxi.

Dicas de Insiders

  • The 'Solarium Pool' is adults-only and hidden within the high stone walls—go here for silence.

  • You can rent a fat-tire bike to ride along the beach at low tide.

  • The 'Magic Shoot' photo spot by the beach is popular, but go at sunrise to avoid the line of influencers.

5 coisas que deve saber antes de partir

  • 💡The 'So Arty' rooms have a lot of polished concrete, which can feel cold and hospital-like to some.

  • 💡The shower pressure in some older rooms is merely adequate, not 'rainfall' powerful.

  • 💡You have to pay a deposit for the mini-golf putters.

  • 💡The 'resort fee' isn't explicit, but the prices for food and drink are significantly higher than local Thai standards (plus 17% tax/service).

  • 💡The lobby is open-air, meaning check-in can be hot and sweaty before you get to your AC room.
