Mayfair // Checking into @1hotel.mayfair, which might just be my new favourite hotel in London. Overlooking Green Park and just minutes away from the glossy storefronts of Bond Street, this shiny new pad straddles Piccadilly, and is placed right in the heart of all the action. The serene suites feel like a world away from the bustle, each of which feature muted colour palettes, along with slick wooden accents, linen textures, and shimmering glass floor-to-ceiling windows (expect sweeping views onto the rooftops below). Downstairs, @dovetalelondon, overseen by 2 Michelin-starred chef @tomsstory, offers an all-day menu of British-European classics: visit on a Sunday for their roast (served all day), and finish with the legendary knickerbocker trolley (don’t skip it!). Definitely a very chic and exciting new addition to London’s luxury hotel scene.
