We escaped to the spa at South Lodge in the beautiful Sussex countryside (just an hour and a half from London) 🫧 Here’s what we recommend to make the most of a stay: Relax in the outdoor hydrotherapy pool or in the glass fronted sauna and take in views of the South Downs and countryside beyond. 🏊🏼 Take a dip in the outdoor wild swimming pool that’s almost as nature intended, just with a little heating to keep it from freezing over. Or if you’re feeling a little more brave, head to the lake for some real cold water swimming. 🌱Have a bite to eat at Botanica, the spa’s dairy-free, zero-waste restaurant.
