@theboutiqueadventurer I honestly didn't know this hotel existed until I landed in St Lucia! The 'Bean to Bar' experience at Rabot Estate is a total must-do. Making my own chocolate and drinking fresh coconut water straight from the tree was unforgettable. You have to go!
