Is the Express Pass really free?
Yes, it is included for every person in the room for every day of your stay, including check-in and check-out days.
Does the pool have a slide?
No. It has a large water play area (Royal Bali Sea) with water cannons, but no slide. Hard Rock and Portofino Bay have slides.
Can I walk to the parks?
Yes. It's a beautiful 10-minute walk to Islands of Adventure and about 15 minutes to Universal Studios Florida.
Is breakfast included?
No. You can pay for a buffet at Islands Dining Room or grab quick bites at Tuk Tuk Market.
Are the rooms renovated?
Guest rooms were last fully renovated in 2016. They are clean but starting to feel a bit dated compared to newer Universal hotels.
Is it pet friendly?
Yes, very. There is a $150 fee per stay, and they offer a 'Loews Loves Pets' program with bowls and treats.
