Why People Love It

8.61646 reviews
  • Rare private balconies (a unicorn feature in Vegas)
  • Connected to MGM Grand via an air-conditioned moving walkway
  • Kitchenettes in every suite save money on breakfast and snacks

Quick Take: It’s basically a high-end condo complex attached to a mega-resort, offering a sanctuary for people who actually want to sleep.

Reviewed by @connierietdykI just got back and honestly, this suite was the highlight of my trip. Soaking in that jacuzzi with a view of the city was pure magic. It’s quiet, spacious, and having a kitchen saved me so much cash. 10/10 would stay again!

Guest Who Stayed Here Said

The hype

Travelers love the peace and quiet, the spacious suites, and the balconies, but often underestimate the 10-15 minute walk to reach the actual Strip.

Reality check

The furniture and decor are starting to look 'tired' and dated (built in 2006), with some wear and tear visible on carpets and cabinets.

  • You are traveling with kids and need a fridge/microwave
  • You hate walking through a smoky casino to get to your elevator
  • You want a private balcony to drink coffee or wine with a view

Cleanliness & Maintenance

8
  • Housekeeping: Generally reliable daily service for direct bookings; 'missed spots' and dust are common complaints due to high turnover.
  • Bathroom hygiene: Jacuzzi tubs are usually clean but check the jets before running; grout lines show age in some units.
  • Maintenance: Aging property issues: peeling wallpaper, scuffed furniture, and slow drains are frequently reported.
  • Linens & towels: Standard MGM quality—clean and crisp, though occasionally worn edges reported.
  • Odors & scents: Refreshingly neutral. No pumped-in casino perfume and strictly non-smoking (hefty fines apply).

Before you book

Good to know

  • Valet parking is complimentary for one vehicle per suite (subject to availability), a huge saving vs. other hotels.
  • You get access to the MGM Grand Lazy River and pool complex, not just the private Signature pools.
  • No pets allowed (unlike the main MGM Grand which is dog-friendly).

What to pack

  • Comfortable walking shoes (the 'indoor hike' to MGM is real)
  • Grocery basics (cereal, milk, snacks) to utilize the kitchenette
  • HDMI cable (to connect devices to the TV, though ports can be tricky to reach)

Room Genie

Best picks

  • Tower 3, High Floor, Strip View (best unobstructed views of the Strip and F1 track)
  • Tower 1, High Floor (closest to MGM Grand walkway, shortest walk to action)

Rooms to avoid

  • Tower 2 (furthest from gym/fitness centers which are in T1 and T3)
  • Low floors facing Koval Lane (more street noise)

I would appreciate a complimentary upgrade to a High Floor Strip View suite in Tower 3 for the best view, or Tower 1 for easier access to the MGM Grand walkway. Please ensure the room is not a connecting room if possible.

FAQ & Hidden tips

Everything you actually want to know before you book.

Is there a resort fee?

Yes, approximately $50/night plus tax. It covers Wi-Fi, fitness center access, and local calls.

Is parking really free?

Valet parking is complimentary for one vehicle per reservation, BUT it is 'subject to availability.' If the garage is full, you will be sent to MGM Grand self-park which costs ~$18-23/day.

Can I use the MGM Grand Lazy River?

Yes! Your key card grants you access to the massive MGM Grand pool complex, including the lazy river, in addition to the three private pools at The Signature.

Do the rooms have stoves?

Yes, suites have electric cooktops, microwaves, and mini-fridges (or full fridges in 1-bedrooms). You must request pots, pans, and dishes from the front desk.

How far is the walk to the Strip?

It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from your room, through the moving walkway, through the MGM casino, and out to Las Vegas Blvd.

Is there a casino in the hotel?

No. The Signature is non-gaming and non-smoking. You have to walk to MGM Grand for gambling.

Insider Tips

  • Tower 1 is the only one with a Starbucks and a bar/lounge in the lobby.

  • You can order grocery delivery (Instacart/UberEats) to the lobby to stock your kitchen.

  • The 'Deluxe Suite' is basically a studio; book a 'One Bedroom Balcony Suite' if you want a wall between the bed and living area.

5 things to know before you go

  • 💡The 'moving walkway' to MGM Grand is often broken, turning it into a long stationary hallway walk.

  • 💡Tower 1 is an adult-only pool (18+), while Towers 2 and 3 are family-friendly.

  • 💡You can walk out the back of Tower 3 to reach Topgolf and Wet Republic much faster than going through the main entrance.

  • 💡The blackout curtains are heavy and effective, but the connecting doors can let light and sound bleed through.

  • 💡There is no daily housekeeping for many third-party (Airbnb/Vrbo) rentals in the building—check your booking source carefully.
