Evermore Orlando Resort

Réservez si You're a large group or multi-gen family who wants a 'beach' vacation and a Disney trip in the same week without cramping into a hotel room.

Pourquoi les gens l'adorent

9.3119 avis
  • The 8-acre Crystal Lagoon (Evermore Bay) is a legitimate game-changer with zero-entry beaches
  • Massive 4-11 bedroom units mean everyone gets a real bed and a private bathroom
  • You can watch Disney fireworks from your balcony without the park ticket price

En bref : It's basically a luxury Airbnb compound with a fake ocean, but if you book the 'Villas' thinking they're new, you're going to be disappointed.

Évalué par @SherrieReynolds-Hall1008875I’m still obsessing over this trip! We rented a house at Evermore and it was perfect for our squad. We spent all day at the lagoon (which looks fake it’s so blue) and nights dancing in our living room. If you’re planning a group trip to Orlando, you need to stay here.

Ce que les clients qui ont séjourné ici ont dit

The hype

Families are obsessed with the lagoon and the space, calling it a 'perfect' alternative to cramped Disney hotels.

Reality check

Guests are shocked by the lack of daily housekeeping and the 'surprise' that the lagoon water is freezing in January.

  • You need 4+ bedrooms and a full kitchen for a group of 10+
  • You want a beach day without driving 90 minutes to the coast
  • You have a car and don't mind driving to the parks

Propreté et entretien

8.5
  • Housekeeping: No daily service. Arrival cleaning is generally excellent, though some reports of construction dust in newest units.
  • Bathroom hygiene: Pristine in Flats/Houses. Older Villas have dated grout/tile issues.
  • Maintenance: Brand new for most units. 'Villas' have reports of worn carpets and peeling paint.
  • Linens & towels: Fresh and plentiful, but you have to wash them yourself if you run out mid-week.
  • Odors & scents: Neutral/New construction smell. No heavy perfumes.

  • Neighbors in adjacent flats (thin walls)
  • Fireworks noise at 9 PM

Avant de réserver

Bon à savoir

  • The 'All-In-One' fee is a one-time charge (approx $350+), not daily, so longer stays amortize the cost better.
  • You can order groceries to your door, but prices are resort-inflated; do a Publix run before you arrive.
  • The Conrad hotel is on-site but separate; you can use their spa/restaurants, but they have their own pool.

Quoi emporter

  • Wetsuits for kids if visiting in winter/spring (lagoon is cold)
  • Coffee filters and ground coffee (starter kit is small)
  • Pool floats (rentals are expensive, bring your own cheap ones)

Génie des chambres

Meilleurs choix

  • 4-Bedroom Flats (Building A or B) for best lagoon views
  • Houses with 'Theater Rooms' for rainy days

Chambres à éviter

  • Any 'Villa' unit (unless you want to save money and don't mind 1980s bones)
  • Garden View Flats near the main road (traffic noise)

Génie de demande de chambre – copier & coller

I would like to request a high-floor Flat in a building centrally located near the Landing/Food Hall. Please avoid the older 'Villa' units.

FAQ et astuces cachées

Tout ce que vous voulez vraiment savoir avant de réserver.

Is the lagoon heated?

No. It fluctuates with the air temp. Expect mid-60s in winter and bathwater 80s in summer.

Is there a shuttle to Disney?

No, not for Evermore rental guests. Only Conrad hotel guests get a shuttle. Plan to Uber ($15-25) or drive.

Does the room get cleaned daily?

No. This is a vacation rental model. You get a clean unit on arrival, but daily housekeeping costs extra.

Can I use the Conrad pool?

No. The Conrad pool is for hotel guests only. Evermore guests use the Lagoon and the specific pools for Flats/Villas.

What is the 'All-In-One' fee?

It's a mandatory one-time fee (around $350-$360) covering cleaning, damages, and amenities. It is non-negotiable.

Is parking free?

Yes, self-parking is included for Evermore guests. (Conrad guests pay ~$50/night for valet).

Conseils d'initiés

  • The 'Blue Hole' rope swing area is the deepest part of the lagoon and less crowded than the main beach.

  • You can see the Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks from the top floor of the Flats or the lagoon beach.

  • The 'Food Hall' closes at 10 PM, so grab late-night snacks early or you'll be stuck with vending machines.

5 choses à savoir avant de partir

  • 💡The 'Villas' are the old Grand Cypress units with a facelift—they feel completely different from the modern Flats.

  • 💡The walk from the far-end houses to the main lagoon/food hall can be 15+ minutes; you might want to rent a golf cart ('SunCart').

  • 💡There are no bathtubs in the Flats (showers only), which can be tricky for bathing toddlers.

  • 💡The 'resort fee' is actually a massive one-time cleaning/amenity fee, which makes 1-2 night stays financially illogical.

  • 💡You have to take your own trash out to the valet bin daily or risk it piling up.
