My escape to Banyan Tree AlUla was a masterclass in desert luxury. Located in the stunning Ashar Valley, the resort feels completely integrated into the ancient landscape. Mornings began on the private terrace of my tented villa, enjoying a fresh breakfast with an unobstructed view of the towering sandstone formations. The design is incredible—the canvas tent creates a sense of adventure while the interiors offer pure comfort. I loved the contrast of the heat and the cool water; having a private plunge pool was a game-changer for midday relaxation, and the main rock pool, nestled right between two canyon walls, offered the most surreal swimming experience of my life. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to disconnect from the noise of the city and reconnect with nature in a deeply spiritual, yet incredibly comfortable way.
