@the_world_around_my_eyes I've stayed in luxury hotels, but the silence here is different. Being right on Ninenzaka yet hearing a pin drop in the garden is magic. That sunset view of the Pagoda from the terrace? It's the single best view in Kyoto. Expensive, but absolutely unforgettable.
