@sud.would I booked this for a winter staycation and it was exactly what I needed. Waking up to the Harbour Bridge view was unreal, and I spent hours in that bathtub watching TV. The sushi at breakfast was the cherry on top. 10/10 experience.

@mlverbanick I'll never forget the silence of the snow room or the thrill of the Aurora Alarm waking me up. The contrast between the freezing ice art and the warm glass igloo was perfect. It's not just a hotel, it's a full Arctic adventure that I'm so glad I experienced.

@nycyorkiegirls I took my dog here for her birthday and I'm still obsessing over the service. We stayed in a pool villa where the staff arranged a flower petal bath and a custom cake for her. It wasn't just 'pet-friendly'—they genuinely loved having her there. 10/10 experience.
