- Housekeeping: Exceptional for the price. Daily cleaning is thorough, floors are swept, and trash is emptied without fail.
- Bathroom hygiene: Surprisingly good. Grout is usually white, drains are clear, and no signs of the dreaded pink mold common in budget hotels.
- Maintenance: Functional. Paint is fresh, but you might see some wear on furniture edges. AC units are maintained but aging.
- Linens & towels: Crisp and white. They don't feel expensive, but they feel sanitized.
- Odors & scents: Neutral to slightly chemical/cleaning product scent. No mustiness.

No. Some booking sites incorrectly list one, but there is absolutely no pool or gym on-site.
How far is the BTS station?
Very close. Wongwian Yai BTS is about a 150-meter walk (3-5 minutes).

Usually no. A continental breakfast is available for ~250 THB, but you are better off eating at the 7-Eleven or street stalls.

Yes, generally no extra joiner fee, but ID is required at the front desk.
