No. Mangrove guests are restricted to Mangrove facilities. You must book a room at The Rif to get dual access.
Is the beach good for swimming?
It's okay for a dip, but it's a man-made lagoon with a rocky bottom. It's not a long, sweeping sandy beach.
Do I need to rent a car?
Not if you just want to see Willemstad (walkable). Yes, if you want to visit the best natural beaches like Grote Knip on the west side.
Is there a dress code for dinner?
Yes, 'Resort Casual' for specialty restaurants. Men need long pants or nice shorts and closed shoes (no flip-flops).
