@thekensingtondiary I stayed here for a weekend reset and the thermal crater blew my mind. The water stays at 37.5°C year-round, which feels like a warm hug. My son loved the pool and the robe service! It's rare to find high-end wellness that actually embraces families. 10/10 would return.
