Generally no. The buffet at Pureocean gets repetitive, and St. Maarten has incredible culinary options just a short drive away.
Can I walk to Philipsburg?
Technically yes (20-30 mins), but the road can be hot and lacks sidewalks in parts. A taxi or rental car is safer and more comfortable.
Is there a resort fee?

Are the pools heated?
