如果以下情況適用,請預訂 You want a full-blown condo with a kitchen and laundry for the price of a standard Disney hotel room, and you don't mind driving 10 minutes to the parks.
Spacious 1-2 bedroom villas with full kitchens and screened patios
Seven different pool decks so you never feel crowded
快速概覽: It’s a massive, sprawling 1980s timeshare kingdom that has been nicely refreshed, but you need a car and a map to survive.
由 @KarenaJo 評論: I spent my mornings on this balcony just listening to the waterfalls with my coffee. It was so peaceful, even with the cloudy weather. If you need a total reset in Orlando without the theme park chaos, this spot is perfect.

The hype
Families love the space and the pools, but often get lost in the maze-like grounds.
Reality check
Check-in can be a slow, high-pressure sales pitch for the vacation club if you aren't firm with your 'no'.
You have a family of 5+ and need a real living room
You want to cook breakfast to save money before hitting the parks
You hate resort fees
清潔與維護
8
Housekeeping: Light service only. You might have to call for fresh towels. It's clean upon arrival, but maintaining it is on you.
Bathroom hygiene: Generally good, though grout in older 'Falls' units can be dingy. Renovated 'Cascades' bathrooms are spotless.
Maintenance: Solid. They are aggressive about renovations (Cascades finished in 2024), so broken items are rare.
Linens & towels: Standard Marriott quality—crisp and white, but not luxury plush.
Odors & scents: Neutral. Florida humidity can cause a faint musty smell in ground-floor units after heavy rain.

The property is huge—there is an internal shuttle, but walking from the back to the front can take 20 minutes.
Wifi can be spotty in the far corners of the resort; don't plan on hosting critical Zoom calls from the patio.

Lakes Section: Renovated, has elevators, and is set back from the main road for quiet.
Cascades Section: Most recently renovated (2024), central to the main 'Super Pool' and market, has elevators.
應避免的房間
Falls and Courts Sections: No elevators, older feel, and often further from the main amenities.
Buildings 1-5 in Fountains: Can be noisy due to proximity to the main entrance and road.

常見問題與隱藏小貼士
預訂前您真正想知道的一切。
Is there a free shuttle to Disney?
No, there is a paid shuttle service to the parks, but it runs on a limited schedule. Uber/Lyft or a rental car is much better.
Do I have to attend a timeshare presentation?
No. They will ask you at the 'Welcome Desk' (which is really the sales desk) to pick up your parking pass. Be polite but firm: 'I am not interested, just the pass please.'
Is the pool heated?
Yes, all 7 pools are heated, and the main 'Super Pools' are kept at a comfortable temperature year-round.
Can I walk to Disney Springs?
Definitely not. It looks close on a map, but it's a dangerous walk across major highways. Drive or Uber (10 mins).
Are there elevators?
Only in the Lakes and Cascades sections. If you have mobility issues, you MUST request these specific sections.
Is there a resort fee?
No! This is one of the few major Orlando resorts with $0 resort fees.

✨
The 'Marketplace' on-site sells Starbucks coffee but at a markup; there is a Publix grocery store just 5 minutes away for stocking the fridge.
✨
If you arrive before 4pm, you can use the pools and changing rooms even if your room isn't ready.
✨
Request a unit away from the 'trash compactors'—early morning collection noise is a common complaint in the Fountains section.
出發前需要知道的 5 件事
💡The 'Welcome Center' is designed to trap you into a sales pitch before you even get your room key.
💡The water pressure in the renovated showers is surprisingly good, but the tubs are often shallow.
💡You might spot an alligator in the ponds—seriously, don't let kids or pets near the water's edge.
💡The 'Fountains' pool is often less crowded than the 'Cascades' Super Pool but just as nice.
💡Delivery drivers (UberEats/DoorDash) often get lost in the complex; meet them at the main building to save your dinner.
