Design-forward rooms with high ceilings and vintage radios
Free luggage lockers for pre/post stay storage
快速了解: It’s less a hotel and more a high-tech, invisible-service apartment complex where your phone is your key.
@BeccaW 的评论: I stayed at Numa L Lief and it was the perfect base for my solo trip. The room was super modern, the bed was huge, and I loved watching the city lights from my window. It felt private, efficient, and totally stress-free.

The hype
Travelers love the massive beds and modern decor but are divided on the 'ghost hotel' concept.
Reality check
The digital key system is brilliant until it isn't—some guests struggled with the web app and needed Chrome to make it work.
You are tech-savvy and hate small talk
You need a reliable workspace with fast Wi-Fi
You want to be walking distance to Grand Place but just outside the tourist crush
清洁与维护
8.5
Housekeeping: Generally reliable, though some guests report 'missed spots' or dust in corners due to the rapid turnover nature of the property.
Bathroom hygiene: Bathrooms are modern and usually spotless, with high-quality toiletries.
Maintenance: Most things are new and working, but look out for worn carpets in high-traffic hallways.
Linens & towels: Crisp, white, and high quality. No complaints here.
Odors & scents: Neutral and fresh. No lingering smoke smells reported.

预订前您真正想了解的一切。
Is there really no staff on site?
Correct. There is no reception desk. Staff are available via WhatsApp 24/7, and housekeeping is around during the day, but you won't see a concierge.
How do I get in?
You receive a PIN code or digital key link via email/WhatsApp before arrival. This opens the front door and your room.
Is the area safe?
Place Rouppe is central and generally safe, but like all of Brussels, it can feel gritty at night. Keep your wits about you, especially walking from the station.
Does it have AC?
Yes, rooms have individually controlled air conditioning—a huge plus for Brussels in summer.
Can I leave my bags?
Yes, there is a locker room for luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
Is breakfast included?
Usually no. It's an optional add-on, but given the confusing time slots and great nearby cafes, we recommend skipping it.

The 'minibar' is often free or includes complimentary snacks/drinks upon arrival—check before you buy elsewhere.
✨
Use the 'Numa' app or web link to chat with support; they are surprisingly fast and helpful compared to calling.
✨
The lift is small; if you have massive luggage, be prepared to wait or squeeze.

💡The 'cooked-to-order' breakfast has a suspiciously short listed window (8:00-8:30 AM) on some platforms—likely a delivery drop.
💡There is no bathroom in the lobby for use after you check out.
💡The vintage-style Marshall radios in the rooms are actually Bluetooth speakers.
💡Housekeeping is not daily by default; it's often a 'light clean' or weekly service unless requested.
💡The building was formerly the 'Sandton Pillows' hotel before Numa took over and digitized it.
