Reality check
The 'Sea View' is breathtaking, but the 'Marina View' comes with significant traffic noise from the Sheikh Zayed Road connector.

- You have a car (free parking is huge here)
- You prefer the beach/ground pools over the rooftop hype

Can I use the Level 77 Infinity Pool?
No. That pool is exclusively for guests booking directly with the Hotel. Residents/Mint Stay guests use the ground floor pools.
Is breakfast included?
No. You have a full kitchen. You can pay ~AED 238 ($65) for the hotel buffet, or eat at 'Eggspectation' nearby for half that.
How do I check in?
A Mint Stay representative will meet you in the lobby. You must coordinate your arrival time via WhatsApp beforehand.
Is there parking?
Yes, one free allocated spot in the basement garage. This is a huge perk in JBR.
Can I leave my bags if I arrive early?
Likely no. The hotel bell desk usually refuses residential guests, and Mint Stay doesn't have a lobby desk. Plan accordingly.
Do I get hotel housekeeping?
No. You get a clean apartment on arrival. Additional cleaning during your stay costs extra.
