No. It is separated from the beach by a public park/parking lot area. It's a 2-minute walk.
Is there a lot of construction noise nearby?
The 'construction site' view mentioned in reviews is mostly a dormant/derelict lot. It's an eyesore, but active jackhammer noise is currently minimal.
Does the hotel have a shuttle to Patong?
No free shuttle. Taxis and Grab are readily available but can be pricey compared to other parts of Thailand.
Is breakfast included?
Depends on your rate. If not, it costs around 600 THB ($17) per person, which is steep for Thailand but the quality is high.
