Our family's stay at Hotel Z in San Diego was as sweet as a pineapple! The rooms were spacious and clean. They have plenty of drinks stocked in your fridge and you can get a drink coaster to exchange for a drink with the concierge. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom updated. I really love the cute illustrations on each door as well. The lobby area was so cozy with games to play and at 3pm every day, they bring out sugar cookies and coffee. My son loved the pineapple shaped cookies! While there isn't a parking garage attached, there are lots around that you can easily look up on an app to find the best rate and they also have bikes available to rent. How cool is that? As for things to do, there is plenty since they’re located in the gaslamp district. We visited Ghirardelli, but there’s so many restaurant and bars around that there’s no shortage of things to do!
