No. The Trans Resort is firmly in Seminyak on Jalan Sunset Road. Do not book this expecting to be near the Jimbaran seafood cafes (which are 30+ mins away).

Is the sand real?

Yes, they imported tons of white sand from Australia to create a man-made beach leading into the pool.

Can I walk to the beach?

Technically yes (20-25 mins), but it's a hot, unpleasant walk along busy roads. Take the free shuttle or a $2 bike taxi.

Is the breakfast halal?

Yes, the main restaurant is No-Pork, No-Lard, and they cater extensively to halal dietary needs.

Does the room have a bathtub?

Better—every standard room has a bathtub in the bathroom AND a private jacuzzi on the balcony.

Is it noisy at night?

Generally no. The resort is built like a fortress facing inwards. You might hear faint traffic, but the waterfall feature drowns out most of it.
