The Remote Resort
Videotur av @vantravels_: I stayed in the two-bedroom villa and it was a total digital detox dream. The outdoor shower was my absolute favorite feature, and since there are only 8 villas, the staff treated us like family. It's a journey to get there, but 100% worth it for the privacy.

Key activities highlighted include complimentary snorkeling and paddleboarding, as well as paid excursions like a Manta Ray tour and a private island escape. The summary concludes with important logistical advice regarding the remote location, specifically the lack of WiFi in rooms and spotty cellular signal, positioning the resort as an ideal destination for travelers seeking privacy and disconnection.

Here's my review of The Remote Resort in Fiji. If you are planning a visit to Fiji anytime soon, I highly recommend this resort that I stayed at. This resort is located in Vanua Levu, which is an island in Fiji. So it is a little bit of a journey to get here. I have a full video documenting exactly what that journey was like so check that out if you are interested in that. However once you get here, I think this resort is a little slice of paradise. It is a very small intimate resort, there are only eight villas in total. So there won't be a ton of people here. We stayed in the two bedroom villa. One of the rooms had a king size bed and the other side had two smaller beds. It also had a living area, its own private pool, and two bathrooms with these beautiful outdoor showers. This was honestly one of my favorite things about this villa. The shower was just amazing. I literally looked forward to showering every single day, sometimes multiple times a day. This resort is all inclusive so it did include our breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each day you were given a few choices for lunch and dinner that you got to choose the day before. And then for breakfast they had a full menu of options and then you just picked whatever you wanted for that day. This did not include any alcohol, it was only for food. But we did feel like the drinks were pretty reasonably priced. A bottle of champagne would be like 30 dollars and then you could get a cocktail for 10 to 15 dollars. Since this is a super small resort, the hospitality was amazing. Everyone learned your names, it was really nice and personable. In terms of activities that you could do at the resort, the ones that are included were snorkeling as well as paddleboarding. If you wanted to do any other excursions, those were additional. We did a manta ray tour which unfortunately we weren't able to see any on our tour. And we also did this island escape situation, so you basically get taken to a private island and then you just get to hang out there for the day. Both of these were pretty reasonably priced options. The downsides of this resort, it is very remote so there wasn't wifi in the room. Honestly most of the time I didn't have any signal.
