Yes, every room has a wall-mounted bike rack and you can roll your bike from the street to your bedside.

No, this is a major missing piece. Rooms have bathtubs (some quite large), but there is no communal spa.
Is it noisy?
It can be. The converted warehouse structure has high ceilings and concrete floors that reflect sound, so you will hear hallway traffic.
How is the breakfast?
Excellent if you like bread. It features fresh pastries from the on-site Butti Bakery, salad, and eggs, but limited Japanese options.
Is it good for non-cyclists?
