  • Spacious multi-bedroom apartments and villas with private pools
  • Walking distance to cafes, Choithrams supermarket, and the marina
  • Pet-friendly policy (rare for the area)

In sintesi: It markets itself as a luxury resort, but it's really a mid-tier aparthotel with serious noise issues and inconsistent housekeeping.

Recensito da @Tales_in_the_UAEI booked this villa for a weekend staycation and it was incredible. Having our own private pool right off the living room meant we could swim whenever we wanted. The two-story layout gave us so much space to just relax and unwind. Definitely coming back!

Great location and spacious rooms for families, but the property is showing its age and needs better maintenance.

The breakfast is incredibly basic and the weekend street noise from drag racers will keep light sleepers awake.

  • You're traveling with a dog
  • You want to be near Al Hamra Mall and local cafes

FAQ e consigli nascosti

Tutto ciò che vuoi davvero sapere prima di prenotare.

Is there a private beach?

It's advertised as having a private beach area, but it's essentially an open beachfront with some sunbeds. Don't expect a secluded, pristine resort cove.

Is the hotel pet-friendly?

Yes, but it will cost you AED 150 per pet, per night, which adds up quickly.

How is the breakfast?

Very basic. Expect a limited continental spread with hard-boiled eggs rather than a lavish hot buffet.

Are there hidden fees?

Yes. Expect a 20 AED per bedroom per night tourism fee, and a 500 AED cash deposit upon arrival.

Do the rooms have kitchens?

Yes, the apartments come with fully equipped kitchens, refrigerators, and washing machines, making it great for long stays.

Is it quiet at night?

Absolutely not if you face the street. Locals frequently race cars and motorcycles on the adjacent road late into the night.

  • If you want beach access, ask the reception—they sometimes offer a complimentary buggy or boat ride to a better beach location.

  • Check your kitchen appliances as soon as you check in; guests frequently report electrical tripping issues with the stoves.

  • 💡The extra beds provided for kids or additional guests are notoriously short and uncomfortable.

  • 💡Balconies are often neglected by housekeeping and can be quite dirty upon arrival.

  • 💡The plumbing can be temperamental, with multiple reports of leaking roofs and bathroom drainage issues.
