No. Despite the 'Big 4' affiliation, there is no swimming pool on the property.
Can I eat dinner at the castle?
Rarely. The Ale House and Abbey Tavern usually close by late afternoon. You will need to drive into Ballarat for dinner.

No. Pets are not permitted in the accommodation or the castle grounds (assistance animals excepted).
Is the wifi good?
It's free but spotty. The thick stone walls of the castle suites often block the signal.
What time is check-in?
Strictly between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. If you arrive later, you must call ahead to arrange a key drop.
