Incredible staff (Abdel and Yassine) who act as personal concierges
Dead-silent location down a narrow alley, despite being near the souks
Rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of the Koutoubia and Atlas Mountains
快速概覽: A peaceful, high-value sanctuary that nails the 'riad vibe' perfectly, provided you can handle steep stairs and no on-site liquor license.
由 @riadlovers 評論: I was blown away by the silence here. Walking along the upper corridor and looking down at that plunge pool was my favorite morning ritual. It’s the perfect hidden sanctuary right in the middle of Marrakesh.

The hype
Guests universally adore the staff and the tranquility, often citing it as a 'haven of peace' after the chaos of the medina.
Reality check
Ground floor rooms (Sirius, Altair) lack privacy when guests are having breakfast in the courtyard.
You value silence and intimacy (only 6 rooms)
You want a personal connection with staff who remember your name
You prefer authentic Moroccan decor over generic modern luxury
清潔與維護
9.7
Housekeeping: Impeccable. Daily service is thorough, often folding clothes left on beds.
Bathroom hygiene: Spotless tadelakt (plaster) walls. No grout to get moldy. Drains are clean.
Maintenance: Excellent. The 2016 renovation still feels fresh; no peeling paint or broken fixtures reported.
Linens & towels: Crisp, white, embroidered cotton. High quality and changed frequently.
Odors & scents: Smells of orange blossom and amber, not bleach or dampness.

City tax is approx. €2.50-€3.00 per person/night, payable in cash.
They prefer the remaining 50% balance to be paid in Cash (Euros or Dirhams) upon arrival.
Transfer service is highly recommended for arrival (€15-20) as the alley is impossible to find on Google Maps alone.

Earplugs (for the 5 AM call to prayer, which is loud everywhere in the Medina)
Slip-on shoes (customary to remove shoes in some carpeted areas/rooms)
Modest swimwear (the pool is in the central courtyard, visible to all)

最佳選擇
Isar (1st Floor) — widely cited as the favorite for its layout and privacy
Algedi (Terrace Level) — smaller (20m²) but offers direct access to the rooftop views
應避免的房間
Sirius (Ground Floor) — opens directly onto the patio/pool area; less privacy during breakfast hours
Altair (Ground Floor) — same privacy issues as Sirius

“I would love to request the 'Isar' or 'Deneb' room on the first floor for a bit more privacy. If those are taken, 'Algedi' on the terrace would be wonderful. We prefer to avoid the ground floor if possible.”
常見問題與隱藏小貼士
預訂前您真正想知道的一切。
Is the pool heated?
No, it's a 'refresher' plunge pool. Perfect for 100°F summer days, too cold to use in winter.
Do they serve alcohol?
No, they do not have a liquor license. However, you are allowed to bring your own (buy at duty-free or Carrefour in Gueliz) and consume it discreetly.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, and it's excellent—fresh crepes, breads, jams, yogurt, and eggs made to order.
Can a taxi drop me at the door?
No. Taxis drop you at Bab Doukkala gate; you must walk about 5-7 minutes through narrow alleys to reach the door.
Is it safe at night?
Yes, the Bab Doukkala neighborhood is safe, but the alley is dark. The riad provides a staff escort if you're unsure, and it's always smart to stay aware.
Do they have a hammam?
They have a massage/treatment room on-site and offer hammam rituals, but for the full steam-room experience, they often partner with a larger spa nearby.
內幕秘訣
✨
Ask Saida (the cook) for her Lamb Tagine with prunes for dinner—guests rate it better than top restaurants.
✨
The rooftop has two levels; the upper 'sun terrace' is the best spot for sunset photos of the Koutoubia.
✨
Buy a local SIM card at the airport; the riad WiFi is good, but you'll need data for maps in the maze of the medina.
出發前需要知道的 5 件事
💡The 'pool' is really just a large bathtub size—don't expect to swim laps.
💡The acoustics of a Riad mean if a couple argues (or loves) loudly in the courtyard, the whole house hears it.
💡You have to ring a bell to get back in; there is no key for the front door (staff is 24/7 though).
💡The water pressure can be variable on the upper floors during peak shower times.
💡There is no elevator, and the stairs are steep and tiled (slippery in socks).
