Is the beach swimmable?
Barely. It's rocky and often plagued by sargassum. You can dip in, but it's not a 'wade in waist-deep' paradise.
Do I need dinner reservations?
No! This is a huge perk. Only the Teppanyaki tables at Ginger require a reservation; everything else is first-come, first-served.
Is the pool heated?
The main pool is not consistently heated and can be 'refreshing' (chilly) in Jan/Feb. The Golden pool tends to be warmer due to being shallower.
Are there wristbands?
No. Security checks your room number at the gate, but you are wristband-free on property.
How far is the airport?
About 35-40 minutes south of Cancun International (CUN). Transfers are usually extra unless booked in a package.
Is it a party resort?
