No. You must walk up about 60-80 steps from Viale Pasitea to the reception.
Is breakfast included?

No. Do not confuse this guest house with the private rental 'Villa Nettuno' that has a pool.
How far is the beach?
Fornillo Beach is a 10-15 minute walk down (lots of stairs). Spiaggia Grande is about 15-20 minutes.
