Reality check
The 'recently renovated' rooms still feel a bit 2010s Tuscan-beige, and the TVs are comically small for the living room size.

Usually no. Self-parking is generally free for Club Wyndham guests, whereas the hotel side charges ~$35/night. Confirm this if booking via a third party.
Is there daily housekeeping?
No. This is a condo rental. You get one clean at the start; daily service costs extra. You are expected to take out your own trash.
Can I walk to Disney Springs?
Technically yes, but don't. It's a dangerous walk along a busy highway with no sidewalks. Take a $10 Uber.
Are the pools heated?
Yes, all pools and lazy rivers are heated year-round, making them usable even in January.
Can I use the hotel (Wyndham Grand) amenities?
Yes, you can use the Grand's restaurants and spa, but you cannot use their pool (and vice versa, though enforcement varies).
